The Blackstone Valley Community Chorus (BVCC) was formed in 2004 with sixty singers from five towns throughout the Blackstone Valley. The BVCC attracts singers with diverse abilities and musical backgrounds, united by their love of music. Spring and fall concerts feature a variety of a cappella and accompanied performances. Our singers enjoy a friendly and supportive environment where they are continually challenged and encouraged to grow, both as a group and as individual performers.
" What started out as an Ecumenical Advent Choir made up of anyone and everyone I knew who could sing has evolved over 20 years into a musical organization that has been home to the sweet sounds of hundreds of voices. We have learned not only how to make beautiful music, but what it means to be a community of support and love. My life, my family's lives, and yes, our community's lives have been enriched by our concerts and our fellowship."
